• Today, the term ‘video’ encompasses a whole host of technological sources: cameras (camcorder and CCTV), satellite TV, terrestrial TV, Freeview, PCs, video-on-demand, Personal Video Recorders and even gaming consoles. We’ll guide you through the maze of latest High Definition technology (HD plasma and LCD – even showerproof TVs) and recommend the models that best suit your needs and budget. Through a central distribution system, we can send any of these sources to either single or multiple TV points around the house. This gives you the ability to watch the same thing in any room, or to give multiple users the ability to watch anything they want at any time.
• Easy to use; select between your Sky program favourite (denoted by logos), DVD’s or your media player with a wireless touch screen or in-wall control.
• The ultimate luxury experience, a dedicated home cinema area with plasma/LCD screens or projector (roll up/down, rear projection), full surround sound and cinema seating. This can be as simple or sophisticated as you choose it to be – we have recently been involved in the commissioning of the UK’s first £1million home cinema installation. So, to complete the picture, if you’d like us to incorporate curtains and a popcorn machine, just ask.
• To save space and avoid compromising your interior design scheme, all equipment can be hidden away – behind wall panels, in specially designed cabinetry, ceilings, beds or blanket boxes etc. At the touch of a button the monitor, usually on a motorised mount, is revealed and automatically moves into place to give the best viewing angle. There are even TV’s that look like mirrors until they're switched on.
• We can also incorporate a Media Server. This will store your favourite films and music or any other media that you choose (right through to your digitised family photo album) so that you can view whatever, whenever and wherever you want in up to 25 different zones in your home simultaneously.
• If any of the equipment we supply to you does not precisely match your décor, we can supply custom surrounds and casings that effectively change the colour of the device. And that goes for everything from plasma screens to light switches. Talking of which, each in-room control panel (which includes lighting) can act like a PC screensaver – carrying family photos (a different one every 5 minutes if you so choose!).
